Union Factory Sizing

Hi all, I have UK size 10.5 (11.5 US) Ride Trident boots, I would like to pair them with some Union Factory's but just want to ensure I'm getting the correct size as there is some slight overlap in the sizing charts. Should I be going for the large/XL bindings rather than the medium/large? Cheers.
