Jones Mountain Twin Sizing

I have an MT in my cart and I have been hovering over the buy button. I'm a little concerned that the biggest size is too short. The biggest I've seen listed is a 160 in a standard width and I don't need a wide with my 10.5-11 shoe. I weigh in at about 215-220 though and the 160 says to 200, hence the concern.
I have also considered a 163 Burton Custom at essentially the same price. Would that be the better choice? I don't see any powder here, it's mostly groomers I'm riding, but I may be taking a trip or 2 out west this year.
