Regular or wide board for Burton Ruler size 11?

I'm looking at getting a 2015 Rossignol Krypto and am not quite sure what width to get. The 163 is 25.2cm wide and the 164W is 26.1cm wide. From what I've read Burton boots have a pretty small footprint, so a pair of size 11 Burton Rulers will act more like a size 10 on the outside. As such I'm thinking the 163 is the way to go. But since I won't be touching the park and want a board that's as fast/stable as possible, I wouldn't mind going wide if it doesn't hurt.

Bonus question (if anyone can answer): I'm also planning on getting Burton Custom re:flex bindings. Any thoughts on size medium (8-11) or large (10+) with the size 11 Rulers?
