2012 Forum Faction bindings

Hi All,
I'm new around here and not all that experienced with my gear.
I bought my first board/bindings/boots a few years ago and it has come time to start upgrading.
I currently have the following
Ride Antic board
Ride Deuce boots
Ride Contraband bindings
Board and boots have been great but although the contraband bindings were probably a bad choice in hindsight, they have held up pretty well. The last couple of seasons I have started getting pretty handy on the black runs in Queenstown but they are getting a bit dicky and the wrenches are starting to jam up so I really want to upgrade them before this winter. I also feel like I've probably been missing out in terms of feel and support from the bindings compared to if I had have gone a different route and got some better ones.
I've been toying with the idea of lashing out on a pair of Cartels but I've been sussing out gumtree for a while and I've come across some Forum Factions that have only been used for one season that I can pick up for $150AU (to give the internationals an idea of what we have to spend here, cartels go for around $350 new in the shops).
Anyway after a quick search on the forum (this one not the binding :P) I couldn't find anything on these Factions so I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them and how they went? From what I can tell they should suit what I'm looking to do (mainly groomers with a bit of black run adventure, I'm also looking at doing some heliboarding this year in Queenstown, I want powder!!)
