The whole weekend was supposed to be warm, but Saturday was still cold and after a warm and rainy Friday it was just terrible. The Flyer and the tram were closed for wind all day. The Bonnie finally opened some, but conditions were miserable.
As bad as it was yesterday, today was great. Warm and sunny - a perfect Spring day. Today was also the pond skimming contest, which is an activity I've always wanted to try. So I did! The pond was pretty short and the ramp leading in allowed more than enough speed so I think most people made it. I was still moving so fast on the exit that I caught quite a bit more air than I expected.
