DC Fresh Deck Top Sheet

I tried searching on here and didn't find anything. I searched the internet and got a little information on it but I was just wondering if anyone has used a board with the Fresh Deck Top Sheet. I know it's pre treated wood and has a different feel. What does it feel like? How does it compare in performance and wear and tear versus a regular top sheet? Any major likes or dislikes?
