Had a decent experience with Deeluxe customer service so I thought I'd share. I sideswiped my coffee table with my boots on after setting up some bindings and tore the speed lace lock off rendering one of my boots useless.

Emailed them through their website and got a reply the same day. They contacted a distributor stateside and had them send me replacements. 5 days later, a stash of lace locks arrived at my door.
