Rossignol Templar 159w too small for 210lb/95kg?

d
Hi all,

Another beginner here looking for some Board advice. I’m looking to buy my first board that will hopefully last me for a few seasons as I advance from my currently limited skills to intermediate/advanced.

I have an option to buy a Rossignol Templar 159w at a good price before I head to the snow in a couple of weeks (Austrian Alps:jumping1:). Just a little concerned that the board will be a little too small for me (I’m 6’/185cm and 210lb/95kg, 10.5 boot).

Detailed specs on the board seem to be hard to come by, the limited specs on the Rossignol website list the weigh rating as 65-90kg (145-200lb), the same weight range they give the 162w.

Backcountry list the EE at 1200mm and waist 260mm (the EE seems a little short to me compared to other boards I’ve looked at)

Does anyone have experience with the Templar? Should I be worried about being slightly over the recommended weight range?

Thanks in advance
