Update on return to snowboarding

Finally went snowboarding yesterday.
The used bindings I got at the end of last season were good.
Stance config. was comfortable.
Initially, my laces were too tight (one lace digging into shin)
So, I loosened, but then it might have been too loose. Felt
Tightened laces a little, but didn't yank like crazy, and it seemed good.
After 1.5 hours, I was good. Doesn't hold my attention like it used to.
I guess that may be normal, b/c it's not like you go to a gym class and do it for 8 hours.
Thanks to this forum, all my new clothing worked well, also.
Felt good to lighten up with modern clothing.
1 pair of thick $15 wool socks.
400gram Minus33 base layer pants, and insulated 686 Smarty pants
200gram Ibex base layer shirt, $10 fleece pullover, and old jacket shell.
Kinko insulated leather work gloves for hands.
For 20 degree and no wind, it was fine.
