Hey everyone! To make things easy you can summarize my experience as having gone few enough times to count on one hand in addition I do have minor experience on skate boards.
Being my first snowboard I wanted something cheap to learn on so I bought a board on Craigslist. I am 6'2" and about 210lbs so I bought a ride nation 161. I really like the board and have already taken it twice without issue.
I am very comfortable on the snowboard and have started playing with flat ground tricks and I recently started becoming curious about the durability of my board. The first trick I've practiced Is a manual and I have to lean back really far too get the nose to flex up decently.
My question is, am I going to have to worry about damaging my board by flexing it when it's so stiff?
I know it looks like I'm falling but I'm actually able to ride the board like this for several hundred feet with ease, just take a lot of angle to flex it.
