Sizing-a-board weight vs width problem

I'm about 5'3 / 5'4 140-150 fully geared up ( +/- depending on gear, backpack, leg brace, helmet, extra layering for colder days). I'm also riding with size 7-7.5 boots, currently: zoom force 1's .
Style:
I am primarily into smooth carving, moderate to fast speeds, big ollies, and minimal park (i still like to hit a rail or too here and there). Also I'm an 'icecoast' rider.
my goal is to find a board with a width size of 247-239 or smaller and a length below 150 (150 would be max)
so here are my choices so far:
libtech trs xc2btx 148cm narrow
salomon xlt 150cm
salomon official 144/148cm
rome agent 146/149cm
or
yes basic 146cm
hel yes 146cm/149cm
I am on the limits for the factory weight recommendations for all these boards, what is ur guys opinions.
I guess my main concern is how much slower would I be going 10-15lbs over ?
will this increase the rate my board decambers (like more than naturally)
