1 week snowboard trip

Hey im 17/f and going snowboarding for a week in july (I live in aus), i've been snowboarding since about 9 but haven't gone in 3 years. In the past ive just done one day or two day trips, never gone for a week straight and I find I was always knackered by the end of the holiday so Im looking for advice on how to snowboard as often as possible on my week at Perisher and not hurt too much to go for full days.

If you have any advice on binding forward lean or stretches or exercises I should do then please let me know. While its not my only trip to the snow this winter, I do want to get the most out of it.
