Pros and cons of shred instructor

I have been thinking about trying to be a snowboard instructor next season and I'm looking for other people who can share their experience.

Did you enjoy the job? Regret doing it ? What are the pros and cons?

Based on my schedule I think it would work out well, so I'm not doing it for the money, but the free pass, some extra cash and a few other perks.
