Link bindings ?

I was looking around some of the snowboard shops in Tokyo last week, and noticed that they had some bindings by a company called Link.
I inquired as to what these were, and they said it was the new label for what used to be Sims. They then said that the Link 'Greed' binding was what the 2014 olympic boardercross winner (Pierre Vaultier) was riding. From what I could find, he's actually a Nidecker sponsored rider (and the binding he was using does look similar to the Greed).
So - has anyone else heard about these bindings (or ridden them)? If so, how do they perform?
And are they just the label under which Nidecker bindings are sold in Asia?
