New board - not sure which to pick...

Hi,
I am snowboarding since about 20 years now, usually about 3-4 weeks each season - since I am from Europe, mainly in the Alps. Usually all mountain, some slopes, some backcountry tours, some treelines, some powder, some ice - but never parks.
I am 188cm tall (6 foot 2) and weigh about 85kg (187 pounds). My shoe size is about 47 EU / 12.5 US so my best options have always been wide boards in order not to drag the toes through the snow...
My last board that I am still riding since about 6 years now is a Rome Agent Wide, 158cm - with Rome bindings (not sure of the name anymore - but were the best for the board I could find back then). It has a camber profile. I still love the board - but it has taken a couple of deper scars and you can start feeling the age of the equipment.
By now, my board must already be at least 7+ years old - so it's obviously more than time for a new one...
What now? Last time I really looked at boards I was a little bit younger and the features had different marketing names...
I was thinking of the following options, but I am completely open to others, too...
Burton Custom X 159W
Burton Custom 158W
Burton Custom Flying V 158W (no more Camber?)
Rome Agent 158MW or 160MW (Never change a running system, right? Size?)
Rome Agent Rocker 158MW or 158MW (seems to compare to the Flying V ...)
I am really undecided - and even more when it comes to bindings. No idea what makes sense...
Any support / ideas / comments you could give me?

Thanks
