Got aware today of a strange irregularity on a new board, ridden 3 times.
The board has a stretch of abt 15 cm where there's a whiteish-transparent material between the black sidewall and edges, on both sides of the nose. On one side, on a stretch of abt 5 cm there's even a gap. I'm pretty sure this gap didn't exist when I got the board new, I would have had noticed...
The other parts of the edge don't show that whiteish material. Checked also the other 5 boards of that brand we have in the shed: with all those other boards, the black sidewall is in contact with the edge, no white material inbetween.
Never had such an issue. Curious to learn what it is, why, what's the effect, minor, major, cosmetin or real issue (this delam thing?), ignore n ride it, repaire it or just send it back?
