Which board should I choose for female riding in Toronto?

d
Hi everyone! I am a beginner snowboarder who has learned the basics but could not master due to my very advanced board that I used and I kept catching edge so I was scared to go back on.

I have done some homework this time and I am looking to choose either a Burton Social, Roxy Ally or GNU B-Nice. I have Lexa bindings but I think I need to get some Scribe EST for the Social. I'm looking to get some new boots too. Most of my older setup was bought blindly online -- big mistake.

So I really want to get back on there and master my skills.

Some stats about me..I'm currently overweight (pregnancies) 5'6" 190 lbs, working on losing it and go down to 150 anything less and I look too thin. I have a lot of bone and muscle mass so hardly any flab on me. I have larger hips thigh portion. Not sure if that would make a difference for board type.

I will be riding in the Toronto area. I'm not sure of the conditions here (temperature is usually -10C to - 15C) because the last time I rode was 3 years ago in Northern Ontario.

I'm getting a deal from a friend for a new Social Board, Scribe EST bindings for $400 and some boots for $100.

Please help me decide which board and size I should get. Thank you so much!!
