Snowboard art, Cant find the artist!

I found this awesome piece at a local thrift store outside Boulder, CO and have been trying to learn more about it. If anyone knows anything about it, artist, etc. Please let me know. It is signed and numbered and in excellent condition, I just cant find anything about it online. The name is hard to read, but it looks like the last name says carson, completely unsure tho. Any info at all will help immensely.
