Advice for heel lift with Burton motos

I finally got my motos heat molded and now they fit without causing bruising on my feet and toes.
Now my problem is on the back foot I am getting a little bit of heel lift, not an unbearable amount but enough to annoy me specifically on well groomed slopes. The motos already have a j-bar built into them so I am not sure best way to try and reduce this heel lift.
Would it be best to try; thicker socks, an heel insert below current insole, a thicker insole, or something crazy like putting another j-bar on the existing ones? Or something else all together?
Any and all feedback/advice would be greatly appreciated.
