New board...low(ish) budget...intermediate

Hey guys, I'm looking to finally buy my first board and was wondering which brands were best for my budget.
Ideally I'd like everything (board, bindings and boots) to come to something between $300-$500.
I'd say I am at least intermediate level, however I have ridden very irregularly. I rode for the first time around 6 years ago and went to Saalbach. The last time I rode was 2 years ago in New York, I've finally moved to the US so am looking to spend a season riding at least once a week at different slopes around OH and NY.
I guess I'm looking for an all-mountain board, but it's not like I'll be riding groomers all the time. I stand at 6'1" and weigh 175 lbs
I was looking at Salomon boards as that's what I've mostly ridden but I would rather have your guys expert opinion!
Thanks guys :)
