Quick question between 153/155 size

Trying to decide between both size with being 5'5 and 145 pounds. I ride all over the mountain between the park and the diamond runs on a board I've had forever which was a 148 I believe, it was the board I learned on and it's holding me back. So definitely looking for more stability outside the park. Seems the 153 might be the right size I'm looking for?
