upper body protection recommendation

looking for upper body protection guidance. thinking about demon snow flex-force x d30 top body armor v2 or Troy Lee Designs 7855 Upper Body Armor LS Shirt for overall upper body protection. does anyone have experience with either, or have a different recommendation?



requirements would be shoulder, elbow, spine/back protection. lightweight if possible. doesn't get too hot.
