Sizing on Union Bindings.

Hi, I was interested in Union Forged Carbon Bindings, but when you go to their website and want to buy them online they have only M/L and L/Xl sizes. I wear size 7.5 boots. Does that mean these bindings aren't made for small feet? Or their sizing is different?
