Bought Jones Flagship in April 2013- Never rode- Re Wax?

So I bought a Jones Flagship at the end of the 12/13 season in April of 2013. I blew my knee out that summer/fall and snowboarding for that season was out.
I am taking the board out for the first time next week to Colorado with me (first time back out, last time was Whistler, not a bad way to end and start lol).
I know they wax the board with One Ball Jay wax from the factory.
Should I wax the board again or it should be ok? The base looks perfect and not dry at all. Just want to maximize my time out there. Just wondering peoples thoughts.
