Bindings for my Burton Name Dropper

So I picked up the Burton Name Dropper 2 days ago. Now I need bindings, sticking with the EST stuff so other brands are out. (Yea I know everyone is not a fan on Burton) but I have had greats luck with their boards and products.
Anyways they pair the board with the missions but this time around I was looking between the Malvitas or Genesis. They both have the same responsive rating which then both descriptions kinda go back on that.
What dictates a soft binding that is responsive? ..high back, Cushioning. I really like the look and features of the Genesis.
I'm more of a laid back park guy / mnt guy with K2 Maysis which are kind of a stiff boot but it works since it was hard to find a good fittings size 7 boot haha.
