Europe in mid April?

So I was planning a trip to Canada in mid April since apparently there might be no snow there by that time I'm planning a few day trip to Europe with my ex (don't ask) instead to shred some snow! We will be going between 12-18.04 (planning to board for 5 days between 13-17.04). I've done a little bit of research and asked some of my European friends but I'm kind of overwhelmed with all the possibilities. For now I'm considering (in this particular order):
-> Val Thorens (all the sites have it in top 5/10 and in most cases at very high spots)
-> Laax (apparently amazing park?)
-> Mayrhofen (I've heard Zillertal is 100% sure snow?)
-> St Anton
-> Madonna Di Campiglio (will there still be snow??)
-> Les2Alpes (my friend speaks very highly of this place but the internet says it's not *as* good, still very good apparently though)
-> Stubai (good park?)
-> Hintertux (100% snow but apparently not as amazing as the above?)
What *I'm* looking for (again in this particular order):
- good park (beginner-intermediate level)
- good intermediate/(easy) advanced runs, I especially want to practice steeps
- being able to ride off piste/in the woods would be a huge plus
- not extremely crowded (but don't want to go to a deserted place either)
- lodging as close to gondolas/lifts as possible
- English speaking instructors would be a plus (if I can afford one ;-) )
- don't care about nightlife but cosy restaurants/cafes are always a plus
One *important* thing is my ex is more of a beginner (upper level beginner?) so I'd also need some easier runs for her (easy reds should be ok, though!).
Any tips/reviews welcome! I'm of course open to other suggestions, too!
