Urgent Question regarding Screws not fiting board

Hello, I purchased a Lib Tech Skate banana 2015 and also the 2015 Burton Malavita bindings(RE:FLEX), HOWEVER, the burton malavita bindings screws dont seem to fit the size of the lib tech board!!!? So confused :facepalm2:



The size of the screws seem to be too big for the lib tech's board as it doesnt go all the way in
