Best place to go

Being that I am a high school senior and wanted to go on a road trip after graduation, I have decided to travel and live in Colorado during the whole entire ski season (October to March/April). I also plan on working at a resort to be eligible for free tickets and to be closer to my favorite resorts. What are your thoughts on which would be the best resort based on my criteria:

I love to ride powder and wanna get into tree-riding

I'm a novice/intermediate park rider and wanna progress more

I'd like somewhere that offers backcountry lift service

Best snow and conditions

Various terrains from deep powder to fast groomers

These are just a few ideas.
