Quechua bindings don't fit Burton board

Hi all, I'm after some help if possible? I bought some Quechua bindings from eBay as my original Burton ones are getting a bit old. Unfortunately when I've tried to fit them the holes don't seem to quite line up (they are soooo close its ridiculous). Can anyone give any advice on what I can do? Thanks
