Help with park board

Hey fellow snowboarders!
I started boarding maybe 2-3 years ago and I live where there isn't many slopes nearby so I'm still a rookie, even though I can get down the mountain without any problems, also rail and do some smaller jumps.
I'm currently riding a Rome Reverb Rocker (157cm) board, fitted with some Rome 390 boss binding and thirtytwo lashed boots. But I feel the board is a little stiff for me, I want to be able to do butters and other stuff which I don't have names for, like when you bend the board and only ride the back/front etc :)
I'm ~180cm (6ft?), weigh 80 kg (180lbs) and I've been looking at the "Lobster ParkBoard 154cm" but I don't know if it will be to soft/short for me? I still want to be able to make small/med jumps and don't be to slow down the slope.
There's no local dealers here to, so I have to get it shipped. That's why I really need your guys input :D
Thanks!
