Which freestyle, canted bindings to get?

So right now I'm riding a Burton Process V-Rocker 2011 with Burton Custom EST 2012 bindings, with size 10.5 boots.
I'm up for replacing the whole set in 2 weeks when I hit up colorado for part of the season, so I'm pretty much dialed in on which board to get (Well, it's down to 3 contenders.. Mod Rocker, Glory Stomper or Paxson) but realized I'm really clueless about where to go with my bindings. To be honest, I don't even know what kind of flex I might need for them.
All I can say is that my current Custom ESTs are up for replacement for 3 reasons, by order of importance:
1. They are EST so they won't fit non-channel boards
2. They don't have canting and when I try a stance over 1" wider than the baseline, it gets quite painful in the knees (I'm kinda short, 5'8")
3. Their ratchets already feel somewhat flimsy... plus the custom is a cheap model I guess I can get better.
I do all sorts of riding really - powder, park, buttering, groomers. Only thing I don't do is super-fast carving on icy double-blacks, and big jumps. So I guess something that's all-mountain with a hint of jib will do me good. My feet aren't great so cushioning both of the soles and the straps would be awesome, canted footbeds are a must, something light would also be nice. No budget restraints what-so-ever though so don't even consider the value-for-money aspect.
Burton got me interested on their "new flex slider" self-retaining straps and their "auto cant" beds... but it might be all marketing bullcrap.. so please, do recommend!
