Need a Board/ Sizing suggestion

Im in the market for a new board, probably an all mountain board as I stay out of the park... I am currently riding a K2 Brigade 159w and it just feels like Im taking a boat down the hill with me. I am 6' 175 size 12 boot. I am looking at a Capita Ultrafear but I'm open to some suggestions.



I am also curious about size I was going to go with 155 but the shops keep suggesting a 157. How much is the 2cm difference really going to make?
