Hey Everyone,
I've been reading posts on this forum for the past few weeks and finally decided to join.
My names Pete and I'm 26. I started to learn how to snowboard in early January and it's been a blast so far. I have a season pass to Wachusett Mountain because I help chaperon one of the area schools there and Ive already had about 10 days on the snow this year.
I came from skiing where I would consider myself an intermediate/advanced skier which is why I think Ive advanced so quickly. I hit a couple of minor milestones this week. First is riding all of Wachusett, I know this is minor since Wachusett is a baby mountain but I have a trip planned to Waterville in early March with my friends that ski, so I have to get to the point I can keep up.
Second, I started to link S-turns switch last night. I usually spend my last hour riding practicing switch but I have to say it still feels super awkward.
Anyway, just wanted to say Hi and Im looking forward to contributing and learning from you all.
