Salomon Ace 158 w/ FlowLite bindings $60.. did I get a good deal???

I am new to snowboarding. I am 42. I rode a few times when I was in high school...over two decades ago! haven't been on a board since until 2015. took my teenager out and we rented boards... what a blast.
we used the rental boards which were Burton LTRs... i am 175 lbs and I was on a 150. I was suprised how quick I picked it up.. albeit I was on a beginner type hill.. i was able to carve down the hill and execute turns both directions and go at what felt "fast" to me...the fallign was minimal...all in all it was a TON of fun and I am hooked.
I want to go but probably wont' go enogh to justify buying high end expensive gear .. at least not at this point.. i'm still too new.
so I found a used board. it's a Salomon Ace. 158. has Flow LIte 1 bindings. I paid $60. also got a storage bag too with the deal.
sounds liek a great buy. the board is supposed to be for beginners so I"m hoping it will work out well.
anyone care to let me know suggestions on boots?
the bindings on this board are different than the ones my previosu rental had. hte rental board I Had had burton bindings and you stuck your foot in then you attached the fasteners and "cranked" the levers over and over and it got tighter and tighter... one strap went arond m toe...the other one over the top of my foot.
the flowlite bindings on this board don't have that style of a fastener.. it doens't have the levers you crank down.. more like you have to adjust it and lock the fasteners in bplace and then you shove yoru foot in and the rear part flips up and kind of locks you in.. at least that's what i think.
is this binding ok or does it suck comapred to what i used before???
i'm assumikgn it it fine.. i'm just starting out and don't need the latest greatest... but i'm interested if it's ok, and if it will work well.
was my deal good? is this an ok board?
