Hello Forum!
Looking for a new board, I came across a decent deal for a '14 Arbor Watchtower. From the reviews it would seem like a good fit for my riding preferences, but try as I might, I can't seem to find anything to guide me in selecting the correct length for the board. So here's hoping that you guys can sort me out. :)
The basics.
I'm a used-to-be-expert rider, with a strong preference to back-country and freeride, I never hit parks or pipes. I only get 5-10 days of slope time per year these days.
Most of my riding is on sadly small hills on groomed slopes these days, but I do get the occasional mountain trip too.
Age 37, so the only direction I grow is sidewise, but not planning on expansion
I weigh 95kg, and am 193cm tall
Boot size is 45 (sorry, don't have an exact foot size measurement)
Arbor's spec sheet suggests that both lengths would be viable - I am wondering if the shorter would be easier to manage.
