Best Time to Visit Whistler??

Going to be booking a group trip for next year to Whistler? What's the best time to go to whistler? Mid February???



I've been there before in mid March but most of the mountain was ice and the alpine was amazing! Too much of a risk and would want better snow across the mountain....
