Bindings for a Never Summer Proto HD

Trying to throw together a new set up by the end of the season right before i go to Colorado in March. I have decided i wanna do a major upgrade from my 2010 155 Burton Clash to a 157 Never Summer Proto HD. Although having a hard time on which bindings and what size. I'm also getting new boots and wouldn't mind a few opinions on that as well. It seems size 10 is tight but size 10.5 is pretty comfy. I ride with 11 now so anything is better since that's not my correct size.
Anyway i was looking at the Union Contact Pro's and Force's, and a little bit of the Cartels. Any options vs which one is a better and why.
I love to just shred fast down the runs, hitting natural features and doing some switch riding. Probably would spend about 35% in the park in Colorado and about 60% in the park in the Midwest where I live. I like to ride kinda loose and smooth but love to also be able to carve hard.
