Help on deciding for my next board?

So basically I'm looking for help deciding on a new board

-I ride park about 40% of the time, glades/powder about 20%, and cruising steeps the other 40%

-250-350$ price range

-Leaning towards a more advanced board

-Magne-traction would be greatly appreciated (work at an icy mountain)

-Looking for camber hybrid (camber nose and tail and rocker between the bindings)

OR

-A board that does well in park and can still carve at high speeds



Any help would be appreciated
