Solomon Man's or Rossignol One Magtek

I'm a fairly experienced all mountain guy, been boarding for 12 years. I no longer am interested in the park, just all mountain riding with a few jumps but no other tricks.
My local hills are icy/packed and rarely have deep powder (Ontario)... I use my own gear if I do local hills or something in Vermont/Quebec but will rent if I'm flying to reduce airport hassle.
Currently am riding an old K2 board I got in 2003, it's starting to fall apart and after using a rental at Whistler (Burton Custom flying V). I'm 5'7" and heavy (200 lbs).
Boards I've narrowed it down to (stiffer boards):
2014 Soloman Mans board 159
2015 Rossignol One Magtek 162
Bindings: reusing my existing K2 Cinches (2011)
Boots: Burton Rulers (2013)
any opinions? Trying to keep the new deck under $400.
