flow bindings

Right now i have some 2008 union forces and they are getting a bit worn. I like the flex and durability of them but am thinking about some flow bindings or other fast strap in bindings from gnu or k2, or another pair of union forces, or some Rome 390s. I'm a bit lost with flows website, they break up their bindings by "beginner", "intermediate", "advanced", and "expert". I think their classification is pretty useless and uninformative. I would like to know about the difference in features and flex of their bindings. I'm assuming that "expert" flow bindings are stiffer? Or do they have extra features that are not in the "beginner" bindings? Anyways, I would like to know what flow bindings or other fast strap in bindings are comparable to the union forces as far as stiffness goes and If anyone has some personal opinions on flow or other fast trap in bindings compared to union or rome bindings.
