Is this board wide enough?

Hey guys. First time posting here.
So I'm looking to buy my first setup, and a guy in town has a used Sims Nexus 163 for $60 bucks, but he's not sure if it's a wide model or not. I know I need a wide board, because I wear a size 12-13 boot, and I'm 6'2 230. He measured the width at the inserts and it's about 10.75 inches across. Does this quality as a wide board/will it be wide enough to stop me from catching my toe and heel all the time?
