Lib Tech vs. Burton (New Board)

d
Hello all,

I'm looking to buy a new board. I am looking for a board on which I can float and turn excellent in powder, but also ride switch and be stable when going off big jumps.

I currently have a Burton Twin S1 151, standard camber. I do not know the benefits of normal camber vs a rocker, but I'm still catching some edges on it and not doing too well in powder.

I was looking at the Burton Landlord 159, which has the S rocker camber, with very little rocker in the board. I have heard this is excellent in powder, but not ideal for going off jumps or riding switch. My other option which I was looking at was the Lib Tech Travis Rice Pro HP (not sure of blunt or pointy tips) with the rocker in the center and camber under the feet. From what I have read about this is that it floats well in powder (not as good as the landlord), but is excellent for jumps and any tricks, and riding switch.

Of course the debate over Burton v. Lib Tech comes in here, and I've read many places that Lib Tech is better quality than Burton. If anyone has experience with these boards, I would greatly appreciate any advice on which board to purchase, or any other brands or boards that would be better.

I ride in Colorado.

Thanks!
