Looking at some easy in and out bindings

As most of my riding is done in Michigan there aren't many long runs so I'm constantly strapping and unstrapping my Rome 390s. So I'm looking to get some bindings where the Highback lays back ( k2 cinch, flows NX2s, etc) I'm not really a park rider and just stick to mountain(ski hill, lol) riding. Are there any bindings above and beyond bettee than the rest are bindings/ brands I'm missing out on. Thanks
