Need help choosing a size for skate banana

Trying to decide on the right size and having a little trouble
I'm 5'10" around 175
Currently wear a size 11.5 boot however I'm gonna get new boots soon and I'm gonna make them tighter, probably around a 10/10.5
The 156 has a flex rating of 6
The 154 has a flex rating of 5
My other boards are a NS proto ct 157 and a NS premier 159
Really getting into park and I want a board I can just lap the park with
Any thoughts?
