another sizing question for 2015 burton imperial

Right now I have 2 pair of the 2015 imperial, a 10.5 I just got today and a 10 I have worn several times.
so the size 10 fits very snug. When I stand straight, my toes touch the boots and are crawling. both my thumb feels pain when I walking around, especially the right foot (it is killing me when I walk without tightening the lace). The only way to feel comfortable with size 10 is to stand lean forward
size 10.5 feels snug out of box. the toes (mostly the thumb) are still touching the boot and crawling a little bit, but feel more comfortable, kind of like when I wear my old size 10 kaiju. when I stand lean forward, the toes are barely touching the boots. I dont feel heel lift with both size.
Not sure if the imprint 3 will pack out very large, one guy at burton store said the imperial does run a little smaller than other boots, however the other guy think it is good that I feel pain, which means the size will be right for me...
Some other info about me: I wear size 10.5 for most sneaker, my current boots is 2014 nike kaiju size 10, I do ride 30-40 days a season, but it is very likely I will move back to Asia soon, with the place with no snow, I think I will get at most 20 days riding at japan.
