Front foot pain while on toe side and finger numbess

Hi,
I'm riding my snowboard 6-8 days a year.
I bought my snowboard gear a year ago.
Snowboard: Rome SDS Garage Rocker 2013/2014
Bindings: Rome SDS Shift 2013/2014
Boots: K2 Raider 2013/2014 (BOA)
I ride regular.
While riding on the toe side and carving I feel pain in my outer front leg.
I've tried to change the bindings angle (+15/-15, +18/-15, +21/-15), tightening my boot, loosening my boot, tightening the bindigs and nothing seems to help.
Someone told me I should change my witdh size but I don't know if it will even help.

One more thing that keeps my snowboard experience unpleasnt is that after probably 1 hour of riding with tighten boots I feel that my fingers are going numb.
If I'm loosening my boot it passes away. But if I'm riding with tighten boots my heel lifts a bit.
Please tell me what to do,
Guy
