size 14 boots with a 267 waist board

hey guys im new to snowboarding im 6'6" 190 pounds size 14 and i ride mountain.. i got a sweet deal off a friend on a forum raider 163 with a 267mm waist with burton boots and basic bindings.. my first question is a 267 waist too small for my feet?.. i measured my foot and its exactly 30cm and the board where the bindings sit is 28cm is that too much?.. also im looking into getting new bindings that sit a bit higher off the board the current ones are almost flush and im getting an angle of about 50 degrees with duck stance at 21 degrees.. im looking into union factory in L\XL do you think they will be too long for a 267mm waist?.. also what is the tallest base plate binding with good performance?.. thank you for your time!
