PSA: don't punch trees.

So last week I was moving along at a decent speed in a narrow section of trees. I don't know exactly what happened but I pretty much just punched a tree with my left hand. Trees are hard, it hurt. I haven't had it checked out but I think there may be some ligament damage in my hand/wrist and something feels a bit off in my forearm. I would like to reiterate, don't punch trees, they are hard, it hurts.
